Ian Broadbent Books started with the acclaimed TailsInTheDales series based in the Nidderdale area of North Yorkshire. The stories follow the true adventures of Charlie, a rescue dog who came to live on the farm and got up to all sorts of mischief with the working dogs. There are three books in the series which has been followed by Ian's first novel "5to2" which follows the lives of childhood friends through life incorporating some of the biggest news stories of the era. As well as having a passion for writing Ian loves long distance walking, running, most sports and plays Clarinet & Tenor Saxophone.
